Role overview
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer (Contractor) to join our team until December 2025. You’ll collaborate with our design, development, and SEO teams to craft intuitive, elegant, and impactful experiences for international brands and agency-driven projects.
What you'll be doing
- Translate complex requirements into clear, engaging, and user-centered design solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
- Ensure usability, accessibility, and seamless user flows across devices
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
- Contribute to design systems and scalable component libraries
- Present and explain design decisions clearly to both team members and clients
- Support SEO and performance goals by applying best practices in UX and visual design
We’re looking for someone who has…
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and digital product design
- Expertise with Figma
- Understanding of responsive design, grid systems, and typography
- Familiarity with design systems and component-driven workflows
- Attention to detail and a refined sense of aesthetics
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in international teams
- Excellent written and spoken English. (We communicate a lot in Slack, quite often in English.)
Nice to have, but not mandatory
- Experience with motion design tools (After Effects, Lottie, Rive, GSAP handoff)
- Familiarity with AI tool like ChatGPT, Claude or MidJourney
- Understanding of SEO principles and how they connect with UX
