Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented
UI/UX Designer
with
2+ years of experience
and strong expertise in
motion design using After Effects
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications
• Design engaging motion graphics, micro-interactions, and animations using After Effects (Lottie/Rive is a plus)
• Conduct user research , analyze insights, and translate findings into actionable design improvements
• Maintain and contribute to design systems to ensure consistency across platforms
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing
• Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to deliver practical and elegant solutions
• Present design concepts and decisions clearly to cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, HCI , or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design or motion design
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, motion design, and branding work
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch , or similar design/prototyping tools
• Hands-on experience with After Effects and familiarity with Lottie, Rive , or similar motion tools
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles , accessibility standards, and responsive design
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for SaaS or product-based applications
• Knowledge of basic frontend constraints (HTML/CSS/JS awareness)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
