Stratton Studios is hiring a
Mid-Level UI/UX Designer
to join our remote global team. This is a chance to work on exciting game and emerging technology projects where design plays a real role in shaping the user experience from the ground up.
We want someone with strong design instincts, a sharp eye for usability, and the ability to turn ideas into polished, engaging experiences. You’ll work with a collaborative international team, contribute to ambitious projects, and grow quickly in a studio that values creativity, initiative, and high standards.

What you’ll be doing
- Designing clean, intuitive, high-impact UI/UX for games and interactive products
- Turning ideas into wireframes, flows, polished mockups, and prototypes
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to bring design into production
- Helping create experiences that feel seamless, engaging, and player-first
- Contributing to systems and workflows that improve consistency and speed
- Using modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to push creative output further
What we’re looking for
- Strong UI/UX fundamentals and a portfolio that shows taste, thinking, and execution
- Confidence in tools like Figma, Adobe, Nano Banana, Open Art and FireFlies
- A sharp eye for layout, hierarchy, interaction, and usability
- Someone who can balance creativity with practicality
- A designer who communicates well, takes initiative, and enjoys working remotely with a high-performing team
- Experience in games
- Bonus if you have experience in Mobile Game Development and Unity Development
