About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior UI/UX Designer to support ongoing client projects. The ideal candidate should be able to understand requirements, design user-friendly interfaces independently, and consistently deliver quality work on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert project requirements into clean, modern UI designs
• Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and UI screens in Figma
• Ensure designs follow good UX principles and usability standards
• Collaborate closely with the project lead on design improvements
• Prepare design assets for development teams
• Implement minor updates using basic HTML/CSS (optional but a plus)

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of UI/UX fundamentals
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools
• Good communication skills and responsibility towards deadlines
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (preferred)

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday (5 days/week)
• Must have dedicated free time to complete assigned tasks on time

Who Can Apply

• Freshers or candidates with min 1 year of experience
• Individuals with a design portfolio (Figma/Behance/Dribbble link)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
