UI/UX Designer (+3 Years Experience)

Yamm is a pioneering return and refund system for online stores. Our focus is on leveraging advanced technology to deliver top-notch solutions to businesses operating in the e-commerce space.

You will be working on a next-generation 
SaaS platform
 for eCommerce return management and are looking for an experienced 
UI/UX Designer
 to join our core engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile interfaces (from wireframes to final visual assets).
• Conduct user research, define personas, and translate insights into product design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of design.
• Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback and analytics.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma , Adobe XD , or Sketch .
• Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Tailwind, React, or Vue) to communicate effectively with developers.
• Experience creating interactive prototypes and design systems.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and visual storytelling skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in design hand-off and version control (Zeplin, Storybook, or GitHub).
• Basic understanding of analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
