Requirements:

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• A portfolio showcasing personal UI design projects.
• Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Good communication and ability to implement feedback.
