We provide data-driven digital marketing solutions tailored to SMEs, startups, and enterprises, helping businesses unlock their growth potential. Our team is composed of passionate professionals committed to delivering impactful results. At DotCom Growth, we believe in empowering businesses to excel in the digital landscape.
This role is specifically to promote our IT services for which we have an in-house team of 50+ Developers.
About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with a focus on B2B technology and enterprise IT services. The ideal candidate will understand that aesthetics alone do not drive conversions; every design decision must be rooted in user behavior data, conversion principles, and the psychology of enterprise IT buyers such as CTOs and VPs of Engineering in the US and UK markets. Your primary responsibility will be to create user-centric, conversion-optimized designs that resonate with technical decision-makers and support our sales and marketing objectives. Portfolio submissions must demonstrate relevant B2B technology work, as this role necessitates specialized experience in designing for enterprise-level audiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of UI/UX design experience, with a portfolio showcasing B2B technology or IT services projects.
- Proven understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) with the ability to articulate how design choices impact user actions and conversions.
- Proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, components, variants, prototyping, and seamless developer handoff.
- Experience interpreting heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics tools such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of accessibility standards, specifically WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.
- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of presenting design rationales to non-design stakeholders.
- Experience designing for international markets, particularly understanding US and UK user behavior patterns.
Responsibilities
- Develop CRO-first wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for service pages, landing pages, and microsites, embedding CRO principles from the outset.
- Conduct comprehensive UX audits of existing websites, including heatmap analysis, user flow examination, drop-off point identification, and providing data-backed redesign recommendations.
- Design A/B test variants based on conversion hypotheses, focusing on measurable improvements rather than aesthetic changes.
- Create and maintain a consistent design system at the component level, ensuring UI components such as forms, CTAs, navigation, trust signals, and cards are reusable and easily implementable by developers.
- Prioritize mobile-first design, ensuring every page is optimized for mobile user behavior before adapting for desktop.
- Define interaction design specifications, including micro-animations, hover states, and form interactions, with clear documentation for development teams.
- Collaborate closely with SEO and content teams to ensure that page structures support both UX and SEO objectives, balancing aesthetics with technical requirements.
- Participate in regular review sessions, incorporate feedback, and iterate on designs to meet project goals and deadlines.
Benefits
- Flexible remote working environment, allowing you to work from anywhere while meeting project deadlines.
- Performance-based retainer model that rewards consistent quality, fostering ongoing project opportunities.
- Exposure to international markets, with your design work influencing campaigns in the US and UK.
- Direct collaboration with senior marketing and SEO leadership, providing valuable insights and mentorship without intermediary layers.
- Merit-based progression opportunities, with high-performing contractors having the potential to develop long-term retainer relationships.
- Opportunity to work on impactful projects that drive tangible results for enterprise clients and expand your professional portfolio.
- Access to cutting-edge tools and methodologies in a collaborative, innovative environment.
