Job Title : UI/UX Designer

Role Overview :

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to own the end-to-end product experience, from early problem discovery to delivering polished product designs. The role involves working closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to transform complex workflows into intuitive and user-friendly experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Own end-to-end product design including research, user flows, interaction design, and final UI delivery

2. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape product direction and prioritize features

3. Translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences

4. Conduct user research and usability testing to drive data-backed design decision

5. Create and maintain design systems and component libraries

6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality user experiences

7. Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and user insights

Mandatory Requirements :

1. 3+ years of UI/UX design experience in a product-based company

2. Strong experience designing customer-facing platforms (not just internal dashboards/tools)

3. Expertise in Interaction Design, Information Architecture, and Systems Thinking

4. Strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools

5. Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

6. A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design process (research - wireframing - iteration - final design with case studies)

Preferred Experience :

1. Experience in fashion, e-commerce, or visual content platforms

2. Background in B2B SaaS, AI/ML, or creative tools

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
