SvartDev OÜ
 is an early-stage product-focused startup building a client-facing application for POS terminals used in cafés, restaurants, and retail environments.

We are looking for a 
UI/UX Designer
 to help shape the visual and interaction layer of the client-side application and contribute to the product’s usability, clarity, and overall experience.

This role is ideal for a designer who wants to 
be involved in a real product from an early stage
, influence decisions, and grow together with the product.

What you will work on

• UI/UX design for a  client-facing POS application  (tablet-based)
• User flows, screens, and interaction logic for real-world business scenarios
• Design systems, components, and visual consistency
• Close collaboration with developers and product owner
• Iterative improvement based on feedback and real usage

What we are looking for

• Understanding of  usability, user flows, and interaction design
• Ability to think in systems, not just screens
• Practical mindset focus on clarity and business value
• Portfolio or examples of previous work

Experience with:

• POS systems
• B2B or operational interfaces
• is a strong plus, but not required.

Compensation & collaboration model

This is a 
startup-stage role

no fixed monthly salary at this stage
