About the Role

We are seeking a passionate UI/UX Designer to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating intuitive user experiences, building scalable design systems, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, design, and prototype user experiences using Figma and Framer
• Conduct user research, journey mapping, wireframing, and rapid prototyping
• Create and maintain design systems, documenting processes, user flows, and components
• Apply interaction design principles, information architecture, and microinteractions
• Design with accessibility in mind
• Support marketing and motion graphics initiatives when needed
• Stay updated with emerging AI-driven design tools and trends

Preferred Skills and Tools

• Design: Figma, Framer, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• AI and Research: ChatGPT and other AI design assistants
• Collaboration: Jira, GitHub, Notion, Discord
• Bonus: Motion graphics, marketing-focused design
