About The Role
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer / Motion Designer / Video Editor / UI/UX Designer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for visual storytelling and possess a diverse skill set that spans multiple disciplines within design. This role requires a creative individual who can produce engaging visual content for web, mobile applications, branding, and marketing campaigns. You will work closely with our marketing, development, and product teams to craft compelling visuals that enhance our digital presence and resonate with our target audiences. The successful candidate will demonstrate an eye for detail, a deep understanding of modern design trends, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of work including graphics, motion videos, UI designs, and video editing projects is essential. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years and up to 6 years of professional experience in relevant roles. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma or Adobe XD is required. Additional skills in UI/UX principles, motion design, and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS are preferred. Candidates should possess excellent visual design and typography skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing content. Experience working on branding, marketing creatives, and digital campaigns will be considered a significant advantage.
Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Design creative assets for social media, marketing campaigns, banners, posters, and branding materials.
- Create logos, brand identities, brochures, and digital creatives that align with brand guidelines.
- Maintain consistency of visual identity across all platforms and mediums.
Motion Graphics & Animation
- Develop motion graphics, animated videos, and promotional content for various digital channels.
- Create animations for product demos, advertisements, and social media reels to enhance engagement.
- Work on explainer videos and visual storytelling projects to communicate complex ideas effectively.
Video Editing
- Edit and produce high-quality videos tailored for marketing, social media, and product promotion.
- Incorporate effects, transitions, sound design, subtitles, and color correction to enhance video quality.
- Create short-form content optimized for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and digital campaigns.
UI / UX Design
- Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications that provide seamless user experiences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts and user interactions.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure responsive, accessible, and intuitive designs are implemented accurately.
- Ensure adherence to usability standards and best practices in user experience design.
