About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. This full-time, remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of design and development, bridging the gap between visually appealing mock-ups and fully functional web interfaces. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of Figma and JavaScript, enabling them to craft innovative user interfaces and interactive models that leverage next-generation web technologies. You will collaborate closely with our full-stack teams to develop reusable UI components, maintain design consistency across product suites, and contribute to the overall user experience strategy. Whether revamping entire applications or refreshing smaller interface elements, your work will directly influence how users interact with our products, making a tangible difference in their workflows.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a UI/UX design role
  • Proficiency in Figma and JavaScript
  • Strong understanding of design and development best practices
  • Experience with industry tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe XD, Invision
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Experience utilizing UX research methods to inform design decisions
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and analyzing user interaction data
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with full-stack teams to develop shared UI components and design patterns applicable across multiple product lines
  • Maintain and enforce design language and UI consistency throughout projects
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design concepts
  • Serve as the bridge between the design team and development team to ensure seamless implementation
  • Design innovative user interfaces and interactive models using modern web technologies to enhance user productivity and operational efficiency
  • Conduct research to understand core user problems and develop solutions that address their needs
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing results, and industry best practices
  • Stay updated with emerging design trends and web technologies to continually improve product offerings
