About The Role
We’re looking for a Creative Designer who can work across UI/UX, graphic design, motion, and content creation to support both product and marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building product interfaces, creating visual content, and working on video and podcast assets in a fast-moving environment. You will collaborate closely with global teams and work in US business hours, supporting both product and go-to-market efforts.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess 3–6 years of experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, and motion/content creation. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in product UI/UX work, social and marketing creatives, and video/motion content is essential. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop) is required. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a strong visual sense, and storytelling abilities. Comfort working during night shifts or US hours and collaborating with global teams is also necessary to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging UI/UX for web-based products, including user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity screens that enhance user experience.
• Create compelling graphics and visual assets for websites, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns to support brand visibility and engagement.
• Develop motion graphics, animations, and short-form videos such as reels, explainers, and product demos to communicate ideas effectively and attract audience attention.
• Edit and package podcast content, including audio/video clips, thumbnails, and short-form distribution assets to expand reach and engagement.
• Create UI animations and micro-interactions that improve the overall product experience and user engagement.
• Maintain consistency across design systems, branding guidelines, and visual identity to ensure a cohesive brand presence.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, marketing teams, and leadership to bring creative ideas to life and execute projects efficiently.
