About The Role
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our remote team in India. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a strong instinct for design, with the ability to craft seamless, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences. This role involves designing wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes primarily using Figma. The candidate should have a solid understanding of modern product design systems and be capable of bringing interfaces to life through micro-animations and interactions that enhance usability and delight users. Exposure to front-end development or coding is a valuable asset, enabling better collaboration with developers and ensuring practical implementation of designs.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should demonstrate significant experience in UI/UX design for digital products, showcasing a strong portfolio that reflects versatility and attention to detail. Proficiency in Figma is essential, along with a deep understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies. Candidates should have hands-on experience designing micro-animations, transitions, and interactive states that improve user engagement. Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.
• Design engaging micro-interactions, animations, and transitions that enhance usability, provide feedback, and add a layer of delight to the user experience.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs are feasible, consistent, and aligned with business goals and technical constraints.
• Participate in user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to iterate and refine designs based on real user insights.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
