About The Role
We are seeking a passionate and talented Design Associate to join our remote team at Klick Consulting. This role is ideal for individuals who have a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of email and digital asset creation, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment. As a Design Associate, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and high-converting digital assets, including emails, WhatsApp creatives, and other promotional materials tailored for ecommerce brands. You will work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The ideal candidate should be proactive, adaptable, and eager to develop their UI/UX and Figma skills further while contributing fresh ideas to our creative process.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in an agency environment or a similar setting. Proven experience in designing promotional emails for ecommerce brands is essential. Proficiency in Figma is a must, along with a strong eye for design elements such as layout, color schemes, and typography. A basic understanding of UI/UX principles is required to create user-friendly and engaging digital assets. Candidates should be self-driven, comfortable working remotely, and capable of managing multiple projects efficiently. The ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and take ownership of tasks is highly valued. Candidates with a portfolio showcasing relevant work samples, especially in ecommerce or promotional email design, will be given preference.
