About the Role
We’re seeking a
UI/UX Designer
who doesn’t just make things look good—but makes them work brilliantly for users. You’ll help refine our recently launched MVP, ensuring that the product is intuitive, functional, and ready for the next stage of growth.
Work hours:
Day Shift (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Philippine Time)
Work set-up:
100% Work from Home
Why This Role Matters

- You’ll collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are feasible, implementable, and efficient , bridging design and development.
- Be part of a small, tight-knit team shaping the core product and driving its 12-month roadmap of exciting new features.
What You’ll Do
- Design intuitive UI/UX interfaces using Figma for web and mobile apps
- Collaborate with developers and Product Owner to ensure designs are fully implementable
- Conduct user research, testing, and iteration to improve functionality and usability
- Apply iOS and Android design guidelines to maintain platform standards
Requirements:
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience , preferably with Figma
- Solid understanding of web and mobile design principles
- Ability to work hand-in-hand with developers , ensuring designs are practical and implementable
- Knowledge of iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Design
- Excellent English communication skills and attention to detail
- Bonus: sporting experience (player, coach, or club involvement) to better design for our audience
