ROLE OVERVIEW
As a
Volunteer UI/UX Designer
, you will play a key role in crafting user-friendly, visually appealing, and conversion-optimized interfaces for our websites, dashboards, and digital tools. Your designs will directly impact how users interact with our services and content.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support the development of websites, portals, and automation flows for Isaacs Consolidate and its brands
- Collaborate with content teams to implement user-friendly features.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and content teams to understand project requirements and user goals.
- Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly illustrate site and app functionality.
- Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to enhance usability and user satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system and style guide for Isaacs Consolidate and its subsidiaries.
- Support the front-end team by providing design assets, specifications, and feedback during implementation.
- Ensure responsive, accessible, and brand-aligned design across platforms.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and within a team.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and clickable prototypes.
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS or front-end collaboration is a plus.
- Good communication skills and openness to constructive feedback.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a remote setup.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design projects.
