Rupeeit is a financial learning app built for India’s next generation. We simplify money, investing, and personal finance through short-form content, structured learning, and a social-style experience.
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to redesign the Rupeeit mobile app and elevate the overall user experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Redesign the Rupeeit mobile app with a strong focus on usability, engagement, and modern UI
- Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs for complex app journeys
- Translate product requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to align designs with industry best practices
- Work closely with founders and developers to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff
- Maintain consistency in design systems, typography, colors, and components
- Iterate designs based on feedback and user behavior insights
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile apps
- Strong expertise in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping)
- Experience designing complex app interfaces (fintech, edtech, or content apps preferred)
- Solid understanding of UX principles, user psychology, and interaction design
- Ability to conduct market research, user research, and competitive analysis
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
- Strong portfolio showcasing mobile app designs and UX thinking
Good to Have
- Experience in fintech or education apps
- Understanding of Indian user behavior and regional audiences
- Basic knowledge of design handoff to developers
