About the Role
We are looking for a part-time creative, detail-oriented, and business-minded UI/UX cum Graphic Designer to help shape engaging digital experiences across our platforms and branding initiatives.
This role combines UI/UX design with visual content creation, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both designing intuitive user journeys and producing visually compelling digital materials. You will work closely with management and developers to transform business ideas into clean, functional, and modern user experiences.
The role is suitable for candidates who are passionate about startups, digital platforms, branding, and user-centered design.
What You'll Be Doing
- Translate business concepts and requirements into wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Design responsive web and mobile interfaces with strong usability and modern aesthetics
- Create engaging graphics and visual assets for websites, social media, presentations, campaigns, and marketing materials
- Develop interactive prototypes for validation, testing, and presentation purposes
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency
- Improve user experience, accessibility, and overall customer journey across digital platforms
- Maintain design systems, branding consistency, and UI standards
- Assist in conceptualizing landing pages, marketplace features, dashboards, and digital product experiences
- Support branding and visual storytelling initiatives for Enche’s online and offline ecosystem
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Media, or related fields
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or related design tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX and graphic design projects
- Good understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and user behavior
- Ability to convert complex ideas into intuitive and visually appealing designs
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
