We are looking for a UI/Product Designer who can design thoughtful, scalable interfaces and work closely with front-end developers. The role focuses not only on creating visual designs but also on thinking through the entire flow and logic of UI elements, ensuring the best possible user experience and efficient implementation.
The position is fully Remote and candidates can apply from all parts of India
Responsibilities
- Design clear, intuitive UI elements and interfaces for web applications.
- Think through the full interaction flow of each designed element, proposing the most effective UI solutions.
- Structure content, interactions, and user flows in a logical and user-centered way.
- Create scalable UI frameworks and maintain consistent design systems.
- Design and maintain reusable UI components and patterns to support efficient development.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, ensuring designs translate smoothly into implementation.
- Provide design support during development and help resolve UI-related questions.
- Create prototypes and interaction flows in Figma to communicate design intent.
- Structure designs in a way that supports AI-assisted interface generation and automation workflows.
Requirements
- Strong experience designing web application interfaces.
- Ability to think beyond visuals and design complete UI flows and interaction logic.
- Understanding of component reuse in both design systems and front-end code.
- Experience collaborating closely with front-end developers.
- Strong proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto layout, prototyping).
- Ability to organize content, navigation, and flows logically.
- Experience building scalable UI systems or frameworks.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to understand implementation constraints.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools or workflows.
- Fluency in English
