Role: UI/UX Designer Trainee

Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH)

Employment Type: OJT / Probation (Full-Time Internship)

Work Day: Monday to Saturday

Joining: Immediate

OJT Stipend: ₹7,000–₹10,000 per month + Bonus

Role Overview: We are looking for a Figma-based UI/UX Designer with hands-on experience in web and mobile application design and a strong understanding of industry-level UI/UX standards. Candidates with a proven design portfolio and multidisciplinary skills will be given priority. This role offers structured exposure to real-time projects with a clear OJT-to-PPO career progression.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design user-centric UI/UX interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.

2. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

3. Conduct user research, competitor benchmarking, and usability testing.

4. Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.

5. Collaborate with frontend developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency.

6. Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.

7. Ensure alignment with branding guidelines and business objectives.

8. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

1. Strong experience in Figma-based UI/UX design.

2. Prior experience in Web and Mobile UI/UX projects.

3. Proven portfolio published on Behance and/or Dribbble (mandatory).

4. Solid understanding of UX principles, user behavior, and industry requirements.

5. Ability to deliver designs ready for development handoff.

Preferred / Priority Skills (Added Advantage)

1. Candidates with any of the following skills will be given high priority:

2. Frontend Development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, etc.)

3. Creative Design skills (branding, visual design, illustrations, motion graphics)

4. Video Editing skills (promotional videos, product explainers, reels, etc.)

Eligibility Criteria

1. Prior experience (internship, freelance, or full-time) in UI/UX Design.

2. Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design execution.

3. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.

OJT / Probation & PPO Details

OJT / Probation Duration: Upto 12 Months

OJT / Probation Payout: ₹7,000–₹10,000 per month+ Performance-based incentives applicable

Post Probation Offer (PPO):

Annual CTC: ₹2 LPA – ₹3.5 LPA
