We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to deliver exceptional, user-centered design solutions in a fully remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Develop visually engaging and consistent designs for digital interfaces, and create high-fidelity mockups and design assets.
- Iterate on designs based on user testing and feedback, and analyze data and user insights to inform design decisions. Design and implement interactive elements to create seamless user experiences, ensuring consistency in interaction patterns across features. Conduct usability testing to validate and refine design solutions, incorporating feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
- Stay current with design trends: Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and continuously refine and improve design skills.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to bring designs to life, and effectively communicate design ideas and rationale.
- Support other operational tasks and graphic design needs as required.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Majors in Computer Science, Software, Art and Design, or related fields. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- More than 3 years of UI design experience, with strong aesthetic sensibility, solid creative thinking, and excellent page layout planning skills, as well as a strong command of color and composition.
- Proficient in Figma, Axure, MasterGo, Photoshop, and other prototyping tools.
- Strong attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, a proactive attitude, and the ability to perform well under pressure are essential.
- Experience with responsive and mobile design. Knowledge of front-end development technologies is an advantage.
