We’re a remote-first, early-stage fintech startup building a platform for fractional investing across asset classes like stocks, gold ETFs, and real estate. As we shape the mobile experience for retail investors, we’re looking for a UI Designer / Lead to drive the design of user-facing workflows and help us create a clean, intuitive, and delightful app interface.
This is a remote, unpaid opportunity — ideal for:

What You’ll Do Primary Responsibilities
- Design mobile-first user interfaces for various workflows (e.g., onboarding, asset purchase, portfolio tracking)
- Define the logical flow and structure of features in collaboration with product and engineering
- Create low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes to test design assumptions and iterate quickly
- Conduct secondary research by studying leading fintech apps and interfaces
- Gather and synthesize real user feedback to improve usability and flow UX/UI Team Leadership
- Scope the roadmap and sprint goals for the UI/UX team
- Help recruit, onboard, and mentor new contributors to the UI team
- Use Figma (or learn it on the job) for wireframing, prototyping, and version control of screens
- Collaborate with developers during frontend QA to validate visual bugs and inconsistencies
