Job Summary:
As a
UI Designer
, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape intuitive and accessible digital experiences. This includes participating in research, building high-fidelity prototypes, and applying a Design Language System to ensure consistency and user alignment. This position empowers designers to think creatively, contribute solutions, and elevate client-facing applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and iterate high-fidelity UI prototypes and digital assets to improve the bank’s digital presence.
- Ensure ease-of-use, efficiency, and accessibility of products and services by applying Design Language System principles.
- Write and conduct test briefs to validate designs through user research and usability testing.
- Collaborate closely with internal designers, project teams, and stakeholders to enhance interactive user experiences.
- Actively participate in design reviews and offer/receive constructive feedback.
Required Experience:
- UI design with tools such as Adobe Illustrator , Photoshop , Sketch , and Figma .
- Knowledge of visual design patterns and systems.
- Understanding of web development , including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WCAG AA accessibility standards .
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Experience with content management systems like Adobe Experience Manager or Contentful.
- Motion design, graphic design, and web-specific layout skills.
- Exposure to modern responsive web design frameworks.
