Role Description

This is a
remote unpaid internship role
for a UI Designer. In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of user-centric interfaces for web and mobile platforms. Day-to-day tasks include creating mockups, refining visual designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of user experience and interface design, and assisting in front-end development as needed. You will also be responsible for gathering user feedback to improve designs and enhance usability.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in User Interface (UI) Design and Visual Design
• Proficiency in creating Mockups and understanding Front-End Development
• Experience in designing for User Experience (UX) and understanding user-centered design principles
• Familiarity with design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software
• Collaborative mindset and effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple design tasks efficiently
• A portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and creativity
• Pursuing a degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is desirable
