Freelance Travel Designer (P.IVA)
to support the creation of itineraries throughout Italy.

Our client specializes in crafting high-end, tailor-made journeys for predominantly American travelers, delivering refined, seamless, and authentically Italian experiences.

As their demand grows, we are looking for exceptional talent to help design itineraries that combine creativity, precision, and deep destination knowledge.

🦄 Who we are looking for

We are seeking a
Freelance Travel Designer (P.IVA)
with strong experience in luxury travel and a deep understanding of Italy. You will transform client wishes into curated itineraries that reflect the highest standards of service and aesthetics.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have 3+ years of experience as a Travel Designer, Travel Planner, or in luxury hospitality.
• Possess excellent knowledge of Italian destinations , culture, logistics, food & wine.
• Are fluent in English (spoken and written); Italian proficiency preferred.
• Understand the needs and expectations of American luxury travelers .
• Have strong narrative and presentation skills for crafting elegant itineraries.
• Are proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Remain calm and solution-oriented in fast-paced or last-minute situations.
• Are confident using digital tools and travel design platforms.

🎯 What you’ll do

• Design refined, tailor-made itineraries across Italy for luxury clientele.
• Create detailed day-by-day trip plans including experiences, logistics, accommodations, and dining recommendations.
• Collaborate with the internal operations team and trusted suppliers to refine the proposal.
• Develop polished proposals and final travel documents aligned with luxury brand standards.
• Adjust itineraries and handle client revisions with precision.
• Ensure all travel plans are logistically sound, time-efficient, and seamless.
