Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Travel Designer. The Travel Designer will handle travel consultations, create tailored itineraries, and manage client travel arrangements. Responsibilities will also include making reservations, ensuring the highest level of customer service, and providing personalized recommendations to enhance the client’s experience in Morocco. Collaboration with local partners and attention to detail are key to the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating personalized travel plans
• Proficiency in coordinating Travel Arrangements and making Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills to create exceptional client experiences
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
• Familiarity with Moroccan culture, destinations, and travel options is a plus
• Proficiency in travel booking software and tools is advantageous
