Role Responsibilities

• Design questions related to your occupation as a Training and Development Specialist.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance training methodologies.
• Develop evaluation criteria to assess training effectiveness.
• Provide insights to improve training data quality and model performance.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications
Must-Have

• 4+ years full-time work experience as a Training and Development Specialist.
• Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebook).
