JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary

The Training Content Designer is responsible for developing high-quality learning materials and digital training content that enhance employee skills and support business objectives. This role requires strong experience in Articulate Rise 360, content writing, storyline creation, and close collaboration with SMEs and training teams. The Designer will help plan, design, and evaluate training programs to ensure effectiveness, engagement, and alignment with learner needs.

Key Responsibilities
Content Development

  • Create interactive and visually engaging training content using Articulate Rise 360 .
  • Develop digital storylines, scripts, and learning materials that simplify complex concepts.
  • Design computer-based training (CBT) modules as required.

Collaboration & Training Support

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in partnership with SMEs and business leaders.
  • Coordinate skills assessments and training activities.
  • Provide guidance to trainers and assist in facilitating sessions during new course rollouts.

Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop and track training effectiveness metrics.
  • Make recommendations based on learner performance and feedback.
  • Select and/or manage external vendors involved in content development or training delivery.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements

  • At least 1 year advanced experience using Articulate Rise 360
  • At least 1 year experience in storyline creation and content writing
  • Experience analyzing learning needs and conducting TNA
  • Experience collaborating with SMEs and leaders for content input
  • Experience planning and coordinating training and skills assessments
  • Ability to guide trainers and support facilitation of new training programs
  • Experience measuring and monitoring training effectiveness metrics
  • Experience designing computer-based training programs (preferred)
  • Experience selecting or managing training vendors (preferred)

Education

  • Open to any degree; training/educational background is an advantage
