Training Content Designer

We are seeking three (3) creative and analytical Training Content Designers to join our dynamic training team. In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and evaluating engaging learning experiences that drive employee development and performance. The ideal candidate is a proficient user of modern e-learning tools, a collaborative partner to stakeholders, and a strategic thinker focused on learning effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop interactive, high-quality e-learning modules and programs primarily using Articulate Rise 360.
  • Create compelling learning story lines and write clear, concise instructional content.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify employee skill gaps and learning objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business leaders to gather input and validate course content.
  • Plan and coordinate skills assessments and training roll outs.
  • Guide trainers and facilitate sessions during the launch of new courses or programs.
  • Develop and monitor key metrics (e.g., completion rates, assessment scores, feedback) to evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.
  • Potentially design computer-based training (CBT) programs and oversee external vendors for content development or delivery.

Basic Requirements (Must-Haves):

  • 1+ year of advanced, hands-on experience with Articulate Rise 360 (must be explicitly stated on your CV).
  • 1+ year of proven experience in story line creation and instructional content writing (must be explicitly stated on your CV).
  • Strong background as a Content Designer in a corporate training environment.
  • Demonstrated ability in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and partnering with SMEs.
  • Experience in planning skills assessments and coordinating training.
  • Experience in guiding or facilitating training sessions.
  • Excellent command of the English language with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in designing computer-based training (CBT).
  • Experience in selecting and/or managing external training vendors.
  • A portfolio or samples of previous e-learning work is a strong advantage.

Work Setup & Schedule:

  • Work From Home (Fully Remote)
  • Night Shift

Salary Range: PHP 50,000 - PHP 55,000 per month. (Flexible and commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience.)
