Basic Requirements
•Advanced experience in Articulate Rise 360 (at least 1 year)
•Experience in creating storylines and content writing (at least 1 year)
•Ability to analyze employee learning needs and collaborate with SMEs and business leaders for course content input
•Experience in planning and coordinating skills assessments and training
•Ability to provide guidance to trainers and facilitate training during the introduction of new courses
•Experience developing and monitoring metrics to evaluate training and development effectiveness
•May include designing computer-based training programs
•May involve selecting and/or managing vendors for training content development or training delivery
