 4 hours/day, 6 days/week

Monthly Pay:
 ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (based on experience)

Role Overview

We’re looking for
a passionate and dependable Graphic Designer
with a strong eye for visual storytelling and high-performing creatives.

This role is 
heavily focused on thumbnails, posters, and social media content

, making it ideal for designers who enjoy fast-paced, impactful design work.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities (Core Focus)

• Design high-performing  thumbnails  (Instagram & YouTube)
• Create engaging  social media posts  (static & carousel)
• Design  ad creatives  for Meta and other platforms
• Create  posters & banners  for campaigns and promotions

Secondary Responsibilities

• Design Instagram stories and additional creatives
• Create presentations & pitch decks
• Design brochures and marketing collaterals
• Adapt creatives into multiple formats and aspect ratios
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs
• Collaborate with the team and implement feedback efficiently

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (agency or social media preferred)
• Proficiency in  Figma / Canva  (preferred for collaboration)
• Adobe tools knowledge is a plus
• Strong understanding of  layout, typography, and colour
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in a remote team setup
• Portfolio showcasing relevant work is  mandatory

Language Preference

• English – Required
• Telugu – Huge plus
