About the Role
Ideal Candidate: Master thumb designer with at least one year of experience creating thumbs for big creators, incredibly deep knowledge of banger thumbnails and YouTube meta.

- Ability to both ideate AND execute thumb designs across various niches
- Quick efficient turnaround
- Expert verbal/written communication skills
Qualifications
- Minimum years of experience in related fields: 1+ Years
- Fluency in English
- Experience creating thumbnails for large creators
