We are seeking a Visual Designer and Generative AI Specialist who can work across structured template systems and modern generative AI tools. This role blends visual design, technical problem solving, and disciplined production thinking.
This is a contract-based role focused on structured template design and advanced AI-driven visual production. The goal is to support our internal pipeline with reusable systems and flexible generative capabilities.
Scope of Work
• Build reusable, production-ready templates in Figma and similar design platforms
• Create modular assets and layouts in supporting tools when required
• Produce image and video assets using modern generative tools, including ComfyUI, Runway, Veo, Wan, Google AI Studio, Fal AI, and related platforms
• Prepare and organize assets, manage variations, and support ongoing studio projects
• Troubleshoot generative outputs and design systems with a methodical, production-oriented approach
• Maintain visual consistency and apply strong design fundamentals across all deliverables
• Collaborate with Ironbridge’s design and technical teams to align outputs with studio creative direction
Requirements
• Strong experience building organized, scalable design systems in Figma
• Hands-on experience with contemporary generative AI tools for image and video creation
• Solid understanding of visual design fundamentals, including composition, color, and photographic realism
• Ability to refine and integrate AI outputs into final deliverables
• Proven ability to work within structured production environments
• Portfolio demonstrating both design and generative work
Nice to Have
• Motion design experience in After Effects or similar
• 3D experience in Blender or equivalent
• Light scripting or automation knowledge
• Familiarity with platforms such as Jitter, Framer, Spline, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Experience with API-based or automated generative workflows
Engagement Details
• Contract or project-based role with defined deliverables
• Remote-first, with optional collaboration in New York or Los Angeles
• Competitive compensation based on experience and project scope
• Expected deliverables include template systems, generative outputs, and documentation for internal use
