We are looking for a self-motivated Sales & Canva Design Executive to join our team at Ohmax Energy. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in English communication, comfortable making outbound calls, and has good Canva design skills. Full training on our solar and battery services will be provided.
You will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our services, generating leads, and creating marketing content such as flyers, social media posts, and promotional graphics.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our solar & battery packages, all in English
- Clearly explain our services (training provided) and collect customer details
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Create Canva designs including flyers, pamphlets, Facebook/Instagram posts, basic brand templates
- Follow daily calling targets and content creation tasks
- Maintain records of leads and follow-ups
- Work independently with minimal supervision
Required SkillsMust Have
- Strong English speaking skills for customer communication
- Confidence in making outbound calls
- Ability to design marketing materials using Canva
- A laptop/computer and reliable internet connection
- A quiet workspace for calling
- Good time-management and ability to multitask
- Self-driven and responsible attitude
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in BPO, telecalling, or sales
- Experience designing social media posts
- Familiarity with the solar or renewable energy sector
