online classes for children with special needs

Responsibilities
Teaching
- Deliver engaging, inclusive, and interactive online classes for children with special needs
- Create a warm, structured, and encouraging learning space
- Implement iCANthink’s structured curriculum while adapting to individual learner needs
- Collaborate with parents as co-educators, reinforcing iCANthink’s philosophy
Curriculum Design / Content
- Develop and refine lesson plans, worksheets, and workbooks aligned with iCANthink’s approach
- Contribute to assessments, progress tracking templates, and parent guides
- Participate in additional team training or collaborative meetings as required to ensure consistency and continuous improvement across programs
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in English — spoken and written ( mandatory )
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field ( preferred )
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience (special needs teaching preferred)
- Warm, calm, and empathetic presence with the ability to connect with children and parents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using online teaching tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace)
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet teaching environment
- Ability to commit to a consistent teaching schedule
