Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Kitchen Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen spaces that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with dealers to understand their vision and provide expert advice on layout design specific to our product offering.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for interior design, along with experience in SketchUp and 20/20.

We have our own line of cabinetry and dealer network, and are offering design services to our dealers that are located across Western Canada.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to determine their kitchen design preferences and requirements.
• Utilize software such as SketchUp and 20/20 to create detailed kitchen layouts and designs.
• Troubleshoot potential issues with designs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Ability to learn our online ordering software.

Experience

• Familiarity with renovation processes, construction practices, and interior design principles is essential.
• Proficiency in design software such as SketchUp and 20/20 is a must.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail in layout design and project management.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 12 per week
