Key Responsibilities

• Support the design team in creating visual assets across digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Work on layout design, resizing, and adaptations based on brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and client servicing teams to deliver creative outputs on time.
• Assist in brainstorming and developing creative concepts for campaigns and brand collaterals.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.

What We’re Looking For

• 0–1 year of experience in Graphic Design (internship or freelance experience counts!).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma .
• A creative eye and attention to detail with a sense of design aesthetics and typography.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• A well-curated portfolio showcasing your design thinking and creativity.

💼 Training & Compensation

• 4-month training program with a paid stipend of ₹15,000/month .
• Post-training, performance will be evaluated for a promotion and salary hike based on merit.
