AZE Engineering
is a forward-thinking design and engineering firm specializing in innovative construction projects. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our fully remote team.

The ideal candidate is an expert with a strong background in structural, precast, and GRC facade modeling. You will play a crucial, hands-on role in creating high-quality 3D models, ensuring project accuracy, and collaborating with a dynamic team of engineers and architects on international projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage structural design and analysis for concrete and steel structures.
• Prepare and review design calculations, structural reports, and drawings .
• Coordinate with Architectural, MEP, BIM, and construction teams .
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, and technical submittals.
• Ensure compliance with international codes and standards (ACI, AISC, BS, Eurocode).
• Provide value engineering solutions and technical support during construction stages.
• Attend technical meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s is a plus).
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in structural design.
• Strong experience in RC and Steel design .
• Proficient in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and AutoCAD (Revit is an advantage).
• Excellent knowledge of international design codes .
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and within fast-paced project environments.
