You’ll collab with our squad to turn ideas into collections that define the streets and disrupt the industry. What You’ll Do Dream up and design collections that hit hard — blending trend awareness with Hustler Dior attitude. Create fire graphics and layouts using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Develop tech packs and CADs to keep production tight and quality consistent. Run point from concept to completion — every stitch, every silhouette, every story. Sync with merch and marketing to make sure each piece moves like it’s meant to. Stay tapped into street culture, fashion trends, color theory, and creative direction. Be hands-on in fittings, construction, and final refinements — details matter. What You Bring Pro-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite and CAD. A strong background in streetwear design — aesthetics, silhouettes, and storytelling. Real-world understanding of garment construction and production flow. Creative instinct backed by technical skill — you don’t just design, you execute. Fluency in graphic design and brand identity.
