For our client, we are seeking a Staff Product Designer - Growth to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will support high-impact work that contributes directly to business performance and team success. You will collaborate across functions to move priorities forward, solve complex problems, and deliver measurable outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategic direction and day-to-day execution in a fast-moving environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $194,000 – $246,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Own and articulate a compelling long-term design vision for the company’s growth journey
- Lead end-to-end design across subscription and monetization experiences
- Bring a journey-based, systems mindset to scale growth moments across digital surfaces
- Shape product narratives and frameworks that communicate membership value and success metrics
- Identify growth opportunities and translate complex needs into scalable experience strategies
- Champion emotionally resonant design that balances clarity and craft
- Raise the bar for cohesion and quality across the growth surface through principled design choices
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products across web and mobile
- Deep expertise in growth-focused design including subscription journeys and conversion funnels
- Proven success leading 0?1 initiatives and evolving mature products in fast-moving environments
- Strong visual and interaction design skills, delivering high-quality and emotionally intuitive experiences
- Experience aligning cross-functional teams around a shared growth narrative that connects design to business impact
