For our client, we are seeking a Staff Product Designer to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will support high-impact work that contributes directly to business performance and team success. You will collaborate across functions to move priorities forward, solve complex problems, and deliver measurable outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategic direction and day-to-day execution in a fast-moving environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $210,000 – $336,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead design for large, complex, and ambiguous product challenges
- Translate company strategy into cohesive user experience strategies
- Identify and advocate for cross-team opportunities to create cohesive solutions
- Design AI-powered features, ensuring intuitiveness and trustworthiness
- Establish design patterns for AI integration across products
- Deliver high-quality interaction and visual designs that scale across platforms
- Mentor and coach less experienced designers, fostering team growth through shared knowledge
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of product design experience, focusing on impactful contributions rather than just tenure
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end design on high-impact initiatives
- Strong systems thinker with capability to design across interconnected workflows
- Demonstrated skills in influencing company strategy and cross-team direction
- Excellence in interaction and visual design, showcasing prior work is encouraged
- Experience in mentoring and elevating team standards
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and defining structure proactively
- Strong storytelling and communication abilities to articulate design vision
