About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Website Designer to join our team on a remote, contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming mid-fidelity wireframes into visually stunning, user-friendly websites that resonate with our brand identity and engage our target audiences. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of user experience principles, and the ability to craft websites that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, marketers, and developers—to ensure that design solutions align with business goals and technical requirements. Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of professional experience in website design, UI/UX design, or related fields.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Webflow, Figma, and AI-powered design platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, modern, and impactful web design projects.
• Deep understanding of current UI/UX principles, web standards, and best practices for responsive design.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Knowledge of front-end development principles is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
