About Us

We are a fast-paced digital marketing agency that specializes in building websites and funnels that convert. We’re looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join us on a contract basis for the next few months (10–15 hours per week). You’ll work directly with our internal team to create clean, modern, and conversion-optimized user experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for websites and sales funnels that drive measurable results
• Collaborate with project managers and marketing strategists to translate business goals into intuitive design solutions
• Refine and optimize existing page designs for better user flow and conversion
• Ensure designs are user-friendly, visually aligned with brand guidelines, and ready for developer handoff
• Participate in internal reviews via Slack and provide timely updates through our project management system (Teamwork)

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in UX/UI design for websites and funnels, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates results-driven design
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (component libraries, prototyping, responsive design)
• Understanding of marketing funnels, landing pages, and CRO (conversion rate optimization) principles
• Strong eye for clean, modern design that balances aesthetics with function
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote, collaborative environment
• Open to communication via Slack and daily updates in Teamwork (Project management tool)

Commitment

• Contract role: 10–15 hours per week
• Duration: 3–4 months with the potential for extension
• Flexible schedule, but must be available for team check-ins during business hours 8-4 PST

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience designing for e-commerce, course platforms, or SaaS
• Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns and ad creative design
• Experience working in builders such as ClickFunnels, high-level, etc

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php68,000.00 per month
