We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer with experience in the healthcare domain to design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless and accessible interfaces for healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design process from research to final
• delivery Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business)
• Ensure designs follow healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, accessibility guidelines)
• Create and maintain design systems and UI standards Optimize user journeys to improve engagement and usability
• Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and healthcare UX best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in UI/UX Design Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects
• Experience in healthcare, pharma, or health-tech applications
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and healthcare compliance (HIPAA)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing EMR/EHR systems or patient portals
• Familiarity with data visualization and dashboards
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
