Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer (3+ Years) who is passionate about turning complex ideas into elegant and intuitive user experiences. You’ll work closely with our product and development teams to design modern, scalable, and user-focused digital products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Translate business and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency across platforms.
• Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UI guidelines.
• Design responsive web and mobile interfaces aligned with brand identity.
• Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients.
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user flows.
• Experience designing web and mobile applications.
• Good sense of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
• Familiarity with responsive design and developer handoff processes (Zeplin, Figma Inspect, etc.).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing real-world UI/UX projects.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end concepts.
• Experience with usability testing and analytics-based design improvement.
• Prior work in SaaS, EdTech, or startup environments.
