About the Opportunity:

The organization is a leading health and wellness platform focused on delivering affordable, accessible, and personalized healthcare from diagnosis to treatment to delivery. This opportunity is for a Sr. Product Designer responsible for shaping user experiences within a telemedicine product, collaborating across Design, Product Management, and Engineering to create intuitive, user-centered solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design user experiences, flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for the organization’s telemedicine product.

• Lead large or multiple design projects autonomously.

• Develop UX solutions that simplify complex logic and elevate product aesthetics.

• Advocate for users by participating in research and applying insights to product improvements.

• Collaborate closely with Design, Product Managers, Research, and Engineering teams.

• Guide and influence peers and stakeholders through clear communication and product expertise.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in UX or Product Design, working with cross-functional teams.

• Experience building products from 0-to-1 in a startup environment.

• Ability to approach design strategically and attend to small details.

• Self-starter, solution-oriented, adept at defining and designing for new opportunities.

• Strong communication skills for presenting design decisions and processes.

• Openness to feedback and ability to work with designers at all levels.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.

• Expert proficiency with Figma.

• Preferred: Experience with motion design, Rive, HTML, CSS, JS, or telehealth/healthcare/pharma.
