About the Role:
The Sr. Graphic Designer leads creative development for homebuilder marketing campaigns, ensuring high-quality and results-driven design solutions based on marketing strategy, industry standards, and creative best practices. This role involves conceptualizing ideas and overseeing execution. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) position with the opportunity to mentor junior designers. The Sr. Graphic Designer reports directly to the Creative Director.
Responsibilities:
● Lead the design and execution of high-level campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment with client objectives.
● Translate strategic briefs into compelling creative solutions that align with brand guidelines and business objectives of individual clients.
● Develop creative concepts for digital, print, and experiential marketing efforts.
● Develop client branding materials and resources.
● Assist in the design and conceptualization of client websites and digital experiences
● Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of craftsmanship in a fast-paced work environment.
● Oversee branding initiatives, ensuring consistency and innovation across all materials.
● Mentor junior team members, providing design guidance and feedback.
● Partner with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to create assets that support campaigns, product launches, events, and brand initiatives.
● Present and market design solutions to internal teams and clients.
● Stay tuned into industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovative design strategies.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
● 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or in-house creative environment.
● Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of brand, digital, and campaign work.
● Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant design tools.
● Good leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
● Experience designing for both print and digital environments (web, social, email, paid media, presentations).
● Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and brand systems.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Ability to manage projects independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
Bonus Points
● Motion design or video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere, Creatopy, BeeFree and Canva).
● Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
● Experience working with developers, printers, and production partners.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
