ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Designer with advanced, hands-on Elementor expertise. This role is design + build focused… not just backend development.

You will be responsible for developing web design concepts in Figma and directly building them in Elementor, ensuring pixel-accurate execution and high-performing user experiences across multiple WordPress websites.

Elementor is a core requirement of this role.

REQUIREMENTS

Key Responsibilities:

Web Design Concept Development (Figma)

• Develop high-quality web design concepts, layouts, and UI systems in Figma

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and responsive layouts aligned with UX/UI best practices

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

• Present and articulate design concepts to internal stakeholders

Elementor Website Build & Implementation (Core Responsibility)

• Build and implement Figma designs directly in Elementor

• Create and customise responsive layouts using Elementor page builder

• Work with custom themes, templates, and advanced Elementor functionality

• Ensure pixel-perfect translation from Figma to live site

• Optimise layouts for responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile

WordPress Development & Optimisation

• Manage and maintain WordPress sites

• Work with themes, plugins, and custom configurations

• Ensure performance, speed, and cross-device compatibility

• Implement SEO best practices within page builds

• Conduct regular testing, troubleshooting, and updates

Digital Asset Creation

• Develop landing pages, banners, email templates, and campaign assets

• Design HTML5 animations for digital advertising

• Support marketing with social, presentation, and promotional design assets

Collaboration

• Partner with marketing, content, and development teams

• Translate marketing objectives into high-converting web layouts

• Work effectively across onshore and offshore teams

Qualifications:

• Advanced graphic design skills (typography, colour theory, visual composition)

• Strong UX/UI understanding with applied experience

• Proven experience designing in Figma and building directly in Elementor

• Demonstrated ability to translate design systems into functional web builds

• Strong branding consistency across digital platforms

• Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills

• Exceptional attention to detail and visual precision

• Strong time management and multi-project handling capability

• Adaptability across time zones

Motion graphics and video experience highly desirable.

Technical Expertise:
