We operate as a remote-first start-up and are building a growth-focused team to scale SendCopy globally.
Role Description
The Sr. Creative Designer will be responsible for designing innovative and visually compelling graphics for marketing and branding purposes, developing creative concepts to strengthen brand identity. The Sr. Creative Designer will create engaging web designs to align brand objectives, ensuring design consistency across all platforms and bring bold ideas to life while staying on top of design trends.
Job Responsibilities
* Brainstorm and execute innovative ideas to produce relevant marketing materials to meet business goals
* Design, improve website UI/UX and utilize various design tools, e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, AI, InDesign, Figma, etc.
* Create blog featured images and content visuals with an attention to detail.
* Design social media creatives (e.g. X, LinkedIn), edit and produce product demo and marketing videos.
* Create landing page mockups, wireframes and enhance best creative practices.
* Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints, ensuring quality standards and brand guidelines.
* Work independently as well as collaborate with management and marketing team to ensure cohesive visual concepts.
* Revise and refine existing processes and handle multiple projects within deadlines.
Job Requirements
* A bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, graphics design, or fine arts.
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in SaaS marketing start-ups.
* Proven working experience as a creative designer with a strong design portfolio in UI/UX web design.
* Proficiency in Figma (must) and demonstrated experience with various graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and relevant fields.
* Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
* Eye for clean, modern SaaS design, and self-driven — can work independently without constant supervision
* Excellent communication and analytical skills with an ability to thrive in a start-up remote work set-up.
